2018 Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl and Events

For the first time in Bowl history, the Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl crossed the bridge and moved from Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa in December 2018. The Event Development Institute was solicited to assist with the planning and management of several of the Bowl Game’s ancillary events, including the Beach Invasion at Treasure Island Beach, The OnBikes Player Build day at Curtis Hixon Park, the VIP Welcome Reception at the Florida Aquarium and the Fan Invasion at Raymond James Stadium. Through the partnership, EDI was able to help grow the existing events and start tradition through the introduction of event initiatives.
